You may have cried,
People may have died.
As you seen the rubble fall to the ground,
There were people all around.
From near and far,
People watched, even the stars.

As the towers did fall,
People did call.
You see all the fog,
But did you see all the people jog?
Jog to help people.
People to people.
Doesnít matter what race,
They helped with their own grace.

People cried,
People died.
We also saw how to come together.
Together at the drop of a feather.
To help those we do not know.
Making our country grow.
With pride and joy,
Never again to destroy.
Or at least thatís what we thought.
But itís not what we taught.
