In a vast room,a multitude are gathered. They are speaking without words.Instead of sound, issuing from their mouths is a vile tide of brown sludge. It oozes from their skins like ichor and filters down through the floor. It is jealousy, rage, hate.Negativity liquified.Underneath is a cylindrical dungeon-like space. The walls are slime-covered brick. From the ceiling grow many pipes, which writhe like pale, sickly worms. The air is fetid and dank.Inhabitants of this room have no eyes, and cannot hear. They stumble over each other as is if newborn baby rats.Mindlessly seeking to touch the pipes, from which disgorge their cargo into ravenous mouths.I begin to retch as I fall to the floor and am buried by the seething mass of my siblings....

Horror
Strange enough though you told us lots of details in a short space you didn't convey an atmosphere of horror; Enough to frighten.
The piece you've written need to be made longer. It also needs to show the reader what is happening ; can you make all the horrible facts a little more interesting in the telling?
Best wishes

now...
i liked this one.maybe it would be better if longer, but im not so sure.it kinda reminds me of H.P Lovecraft, not so much the writing, as the subject.familiar with him?
