sorry I just have to put voice to this...

Ok I can admit when I am wrong or when I screw up but what the hell do you do when your boss goes after you?
I have been through this once before, (same Organization) under a different boss And cannot stand seeing it happen again... You know you go to work, put in an honest effort and go home knowing you did your best, then your boss who has it in for you gets to tear apart your work when you aren't around to defend yourself...I mean jesus! what about respect in the work place? what about knowing that the nature of the job is severly stressfull!!! I work with individuals who are in an unbalanced state when i am around (and to not break confidentiality I will not name or hint any more, just trust that these guys are not safe most of the time...)SO... is there no respect? actually no there isn't I have noticed that no-one else in the building goes into my half when the guys are around...they avoid it like the plague!!! and to make matters worse they talk to and e-mail us in a tone that they would dare not if it were one of the folks with a degree, or one of the middle aged folks...BUT I am only F**K me.
how does this work again? is it fair?
course not dummy your young AND you have no degree or years of experience to back you up, also they don't expect us to know labour laws in this country.
I read an article on this recently, apparently in canada it is quite the problem. I was actually TOLD that if I wasn't done I had to stay late BUT don't expect any over time. Also it is twelve hour shifts and the meeting are within my eight hours off when I should be sleeping ( I start at 2 am) but no over time there either, and they think I wont notice? had to talk to one of the clients about a problem, but I decided to give my boss the first crack at it since that person has the degree for it, well I got sarcasm back for it. " do you think you can handle that?" add a string of expletives here. the bluer the better. rhymes with aunt kinda? today my boss sent in a person to check my work BEFORE I left
they are trying to piss me off. IT"S WORKING. but the thing that pisses me off most is that both times my bosses have lied to get me in trouble with thier boss.Add a voodoo doll here with the most disgusting things done to it. twice.Hey, if your into voodoo...well thats it just had to get this off my chest... sorry if it's not relevent. or very gramatically correct,also mind the bad punctuation...feel free to comment.

I'd suggest you find the website of the human rights commission and ministry of labour in your province and present your findings to your boss.

I'm currently in the midst of helping one of my (technically) employees launch a human rights complaint and wrongful dismissal suit against another one of her bosses. Once you've done your research and know exactly where you and your boss stand, you may find that he changes his attitude real fast.

Or he may not -- he may try to fire your for spurious reasons. And if he does? Sue the bastard!

thankyou very much!!!
It is good to hear some constructive comments...most pepole tell me to walk out or just demand things. I will definately keep that diary!!! and maybe get in touch with and get more tips from the labour board...Penelope, I may ask for help and am writing down your address.
I appreciate and thank you both for your comments, I mainly put that rant up to see if anyone would say that it was normal and hoped to find out if I had a leg to stand on...
