Glass shatters
He hits the floor

Face down
Skin torn

Flying fists
Hard Hitting

Broken Bones
Bloody Face

He lies unconscious
Lifeless body
Kicked aside

Suicide ?
Homicide?

Backing down
Running away

Never caught
Thats how it stayed

simple
Simple, elegant, powerful, minimalist, excdllent. The power of this poem lies in its carefully chosen everyday diction. I imagine you faced a temptation to explain more, say mor,e be more "poetic," but your poem is all the better for your resistance.

Near-perfect.
