Before the last petal drops to the floor
Before this world is no more
Before the last knock on my door
Before Iím silent and I know for sure that road beneath me will crumble
Before I stumble
Before last scream, the last mumble
Before the last avalanche will tumble to the earth
And before this earth cracks into pieces
Before I tell you there never was a Jesus
Before your last grimace, your last smile
Before your dream is in the pile of many others
Before she sings
Before she cries
Before we begin the string of when and whys
Before time flies and there is none
And the horror begins
The moon comes up and there is no sun
The tune comes and the mother gives birth
Before we know our worth
Before you go by and know you missed her
Just tell me, whisper
Do you know what happens before?
