What starry phantom’s wrath
Have I incurred in this life?
For there is no mar
On my innocence
But yet I am already ruined

When the dawn shines upon you,
Its light does not fall on me
For I cannot escape your shadow
Although we are said equals
I cannot bask in the sun

But what has doomed me?
This is a battle for a lost cause
For you may look like me
But that body is only a mask
To contain the brilliance of a star
What radiance you have,
Am I destined never to attain?
