Eventually, I'll stop adjusting light
Which burns inside my heart,
Though my love remains too bright,
From it you'll never part.
Now my tears are drastic oceans,
And your voice the wind that pushes them,
And the heart have rest from all emotion,
And love itself you can't condemn.
Though age was meant for living,
And it wears out so soon,
My light no longer is as giving
To shine like the adjacent moon.
My love, its wonder, and its wealth extends to you,
But recently it cheered its last adieu.
