Separate

Verse 1

Hypocrites they are

Can I keep myself far from them

Quickly I scribble in the blanks

Something different

To separate me from the fakes

Am I fooling anyone

Chorus

Is this the way for me

With them, how can I ever be free

Hide your eyes so you donít see

Every part of me thatís weak

Verse 2

What am I doing here

Fallen victim to my fear

Making me one with the fakes

And I know that going their way was a mistake

(Chorus)

Bridge

If fear drives me to compromise

Then all Iíve said becomes a lie

If Jesus makes no change in me

Why should He mean anything to you

Verse 3

God now grant me strength

To be separate from the fakes

To be Your son, to sacrifice

Forfeit my life

(Chorus)

Ending

This is the way

This is the way

Never fall in line

No compromise

This is the way

------
Now, what was I saying...

Beautiful Song/Seperate
~Brenron~

This is a God gifted song; I loved the words. "Keep up the good work" I'm that way too, when it comes to "people playing church, and playing with "God" I had to seperate "myself" from them. We are considered "Pecuilar" people {*smiles*}

Blessings
