Verse 1

What can a man know of love

When pain and bitterness are all he sees

Romance cannot satisfy his deepest need

Pleasure leads to pain

Counting no friend to confide

Can You reconcile these

Two things I canít make sense

Does love always lead to heartache

Are none found to be true

Verse 2

How can a man show love

When selfishness around him reigns

The world hates and Christians hate harder

Does no one ever love each other

All is vain

If not for the Cross

Life is pain

Love is loss

None found to be true

None found to be

None found to be true

None found to be

Now, what was I saying...

The following comments are for "Love"

I liked it writing-wise, but I don't quite agree. I am no optimist, but to me, love does exist stong, and I have it, own it. However, this a personal piece so I will say no more.

Just so you know...
I think so too, I've gone through a lot of hard things. The bridge kinda of states my view. The only love that's true is the love of God. Hence, the cross. This was just written in a dark moment.

I'd disagree. I find my only true love right here on this malignant earth. I don't bother with things that have no proof to myself.

Anyway, as I said, I liked the "writing". And the rules, say to stick the feeedback mainly to that so I'd better shutup now eh! ;)
