To the loyal fans of Lit.Org:
Today I was informed by the editors of Lit.Org, that a recent submission of mine entitled "Midget X" has been pulled from the site due to it's content. It seems that a reader took exception to the material and complained to the editors, who removed it from the site even though it had been on the site for several weeks and had gotten some positive feedback from other readers. Though I feel the content of "Midget X" was no more pornographic or adult than any average book that you would find on your local library new released shelf or at your neighborhood video store, I sincerely apologize to the offended reader.
I would also like to apologize to the editors of Lit.Org, a fine site that I have placed over a dozen of my short stories on and which have accumulated over two thousand hits. I know that their hands are literally tied in this matter and censorship was the farthest thing from their mind when they made their decision to pull my story.
I realize that the world we now live in has changed drastically in the last several years. We now have an administration which makes major decisions by reading Bible scripture and has an act (the so called Patriot Act) in place which gives the government the right to pull your library files and or go to Amazon and check your profile.
For that I am also sorry.

Don't Worry
I don't think any of the staff at tries to inhibit the creativity of a writer without valid reason, and I don't believe they would ever abuse their priveleges (cept Beckett's midnight entries). I'm glad you understand it, and I hope I can look forward to reading more of your writing soon.

Target audiences
Writing all comes down to satisfying your target audience. While I'm sure there are people at this site that would appreciate your work, the rules of this forum are such that its designed to cater to a specific audience.

If the material was considered too racy for here, I'd suggest you go to a site like for a place to post it. Between them and you should be able to find a home for all your work. :)
