2019 is almost one quarter over - so is it still NEW? The following was written New Years Day -

I don't know why I have to have a new year. I was happy with the old one.
It was working perfectly well, and I hadn't had it for long. So why must I upgrade?

And I didn't ask for it - I just woke up this morning and there it was! Delivered direct to my Inbox.

Is there someone, somewhere making money out of this current and on-going 'must have the latest' craze-phase ?

But, no point in complaining; compulsory upgrade is probably covered in some cunning small print segment of some obscure contract. So there is no legal leg upon which I can take a stand to frame a complaint.

No point in going back to the Provider.

I must just make best use of this one.

Once I get accustomed to it.

I wonder if it will work as well as the old one?
Is there a Users Manual?
