Who live
In poverty,
Often, wash themselves
In their own tears,
And only eat sadness
As their morning meal.
Seeking warmth and sleep,
Under any bridge that
They can find that will accept them
From the harsh rain and
The blistering wind.

As others will watch them shiver
Or, ignore them...

As they drive by.
