I can't believe I trusted you
Will I never learn?
It's happened so many times now
You've just left me here to burn

You won't answer my calls
Yet you'll speak to my friends
You don't even know them
You think my heart will mend?

I can't believe you told them
The things I said to you
After you made me promise not to
Explained the damage it could do

I thought I could be strong enough
Not to fall for it all
But it seems I was so very wrong
I can't belive you didn't call.

Not bad
This isn't bad at all. There are a couple of dubious rhymes (lines 4 and 8 to be specific) but a slight retouch will fix them - in my opinion.

The only glaring problem I see comes in the 3rd stanza:

I can't believe you told them / the things I said to you / after you made me promise not to / explained the damage it would do.'

Did she make you promise not to tell anyone what you had said to her? That it how it sounds to me. Maybe I missed something. All in that though, not to shamn dabby.
