You came to my window, but I did not see
For I was deep in sorrow, feeling sorry for me
I had lost you forever...why did you go
Leaving me grieving and missing you so

The world around me keeps moving along
While Iím left alone... singing sad songs
You promised youíd always be by my side
The day you asked me to be your bride
But fate stepped in and took you away
Now all I do is miss you and pray

The sun still rises,,,the moon burns bright,
The stars still twinkle in the night
Nothing is goes on
Except for love is gone
Then suddenly, on a morning in spring
Outside my window I heard a robin sing
He touched my heart and I thought of you
And I smiled as I watched him fly from view

You come to my window, but now I see
You come each day to comfort me
You sing your song so that I may hear
Your are not lost...youíre still here!
You whisper to me in every breeze that blows
And the beauty of each summerís rose
I see your face in every flower
And feel your touch in Springs soft shower

You came to my window
But now I see
It was to tell me you love me
And set me free!
