Iím still today
In the room where I imagine sleep
Made a shore, unveiled swathes of water,
And sent the wind underneath.

But youíve come alone,
Unexpected, unknown
As beguiling as childhood-
The world forever strange
Immortality a constant.

But I older, indifferent to the sea
Think if you are gone from me
Then silence and sleep
And dark
And stillness
Are all.

The conscious shape reality.
