His chosen name was Cosmo Flutterby.
He was a licensed psychiatric nurse –
jolly good fellow, some few might deny –
a little bit San Francisco perverse.

One day a patient said to him that she
felt that a dreadful mistake had been made.
This wasn’t where she was supposed to be.
This was the wrong planet, she was afraid.

“Honey,” he laughed, “I know just how you feel,
but this is the world you’ll have to endure.
Though I know, to you, your displacement’s real,
It’s not like we can issue a transfer.

If such a thing were possible to do,
I’d have signed up for that long before you.”

The quickest way for me to learn something new is to first understand why I'd like to learn it.

Men in Black

Do you ever get that'st feeling that you wished you had known
how much fun you were having while you were doing it rather than years later looking back

I do wish some of those politicians had been born on the right planet though.

Very clever poem
