Do you know what it means to miss New Orleans
To see the ironworks filled with flowers supreme
To gaze the Mississippi on calm felled days
Then wonder how youth suddenly slipped away

Do you Know what it means to miss New Orleans?

New Orleans
I know what it means to miss my youth
the things I remember, not always the truth.
But my life today was built on my past
which I'll carry within me as long as I last.
For the past share a part of this moment in time
and this moment we're living forms part of the line
from our birth to our death, that we all have to run....
So treasure this moment and make sure it's fun!

Another piece of poetry from you that seemed to remind me that our past is our present and future.

Thanks,

Ivor
