I felt one day I didn’t exist. My essence no more- split
Who, why, how? Who’s there?
ANSWER ME! I see you amongst undergrowth
My torchlight went out, brimstone eyes in darkness
I hugged myself and rocked, closer they crept
Ooh close now, so close now. Shiver. Scared so scared

A shadow before my face, I smelt its breath..
heavy cigarettes, perfume, sex
And she kisses me--moist hot lips connected-hormone fireflies running down the mainstream of our bodies-one soul vibrating thunder in from the heart's hold and I REMEMBER
the world is united again
My lovely libertine
my alpha-omega since the dawn of time.
In the ocean of faces, who resemble mine

They called it insanity, said I wasn't like the rest
I said it too, but it didn’t change the fact
I lived with them, the others born of I
Each taking away little bits of my mortal life

But whilst’ the world’s tempest outside,
In villainous cruelty;
it stormed and raged
we held each other in warm embrace
