Morning Walk
A Poem

I go for walking every morning,
In the park which is
Surrounded by trees,
Plants and bushes.
With a torch in my hand
To lead me through the darkness.
While the stars still,
Shine high in the dark sky.
I see the early morning mist,
And dew on the grass blades,
With its freshness.
I hear sound of the crickets,
From nearby bushes.
Later, energetic people
Join me, and go
Round and round in the park.
Some telling their stories
To their friends
During their brisk walk.
When I complete my walking,
I take rest and see the
Sun waking up from his
Long slumber,
To the chirping
Of the birds from the
Branches of trees.
