To say, "It feels like it all happened yesterday" would be a lie
The haziness of my memories are like dreams in my eyes
I can see myself in third person, like on the movie screen
and I go through each one, cataloging every scene

Like opening a picture album, you haven't seen in a while
sometimes you're greeted with a tear, others with a smile
So I place bookmarks in my mind, of all I've ever done
looking back at the good and bad, I don't regret a single one

I've done somethings no one would dare do
and every angle my story could relate to you
as each of us are all connected, mentally intertwined
it's up to you how to evolve and open up your mind

Something in the cosmos has put this path upon me
of nothing but the oddest of luck and dreams of what I'd be
It's never too late to acheive your goals this is what I've found
and leave behind your bucket list, to find your way around

As I was always destined to write the sadness in my soul
I was also meant to dream of being the queen of rock and roll
and meet the people who made me, the person I am today
and fill my heart with great tragedy, when they fly away

Just keep your eyes open to every aspect that life brings
don't for one second take for granted all the little things.
