Do your duty with full attention
Whenever arises real tension
Hope that you can just tackle
Then will happen a fine miracle

If work very severely accumulates
If the pay properly compensates
Please serve with fine jubilation
Let every step give you elation

May come great hurdles to punish
Facing it boldly must be your wish
If you get fear and negative mood
How can the noble goal be pursued?

When fools give you terrible torture
Grudge against them, never nurture
Proceed to furnish all your talents
For the creation of victorious events

Only by hard-work, success is won
By strong practice, we lose to none
Life can be made successful surely
Upon efforts alone, peace lies purely.
