Oh Ladies of Spain please don't falter
or hide cannonballs in your halter.
Don't fade or faint
or put on war paint
just because you're cuddled up to Gibraltar.

Oh Ladies of Spain please don’t shiver
or tuck poison darts in your quiver.
The Rock’s claim to fame
is now tired and tame.
No way can it stand and deliver.
