Privileged

Not sure where I heard but some one reported that a majority of the Olympic Medal Winners went to "Private School"

Private School Jerks
are doling out Perks
The classless society
must wait
It's not what you know
but where did you go
Some people will
find out too late
Thank mum and dad
they're all that bad
Education was top on their list
They knew or they guessed
which places were best
Not down at the Pub
getting Pissed

------
If you listen to me long enough I can lower your IQ

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I've got most of it left.

one for the money
Let's celebrate all of that lolly
which makes an Olympics jolly.
The accolades paid
are set by the grade
of school rule by gosh and by golly.

Strapped for Cash

Just phoned the father in law who is 88 and lives in Belfast NI.... He has all but switched his TV Off... says he cant turn to any channel that isn't showing replay after replay of Olympics.

He would rather watch more local sports.... football snooker rugby....

He thinks the continual replays are like trying to brainwash.....like TV adds.... when he has seen it all once that is enough for him.

The Olympic games are certainly big money.... we need to keep it flowing round and round to keep people employed.

Its also a good thing to keep guinea pigs training to their very limits to accelerate medical learning and food chemistry....you cant expect them to do it for nothing.

Its also a great chance to train police in crowd control and all the other services in coping with such a multinational crowd...

The fact that we are all "apparently" strapped for cash doesn't come into the equation.

Good time to be a hotelier, restaurant owner, Taxi Driver etc etc in and around London...but for us older ones fast approaching the twilight years....... just a reminder how much things have changed .... for better or worse!!!
