Can`t escape your reach, your call.

I didn`t want cry, or try to die,
I just needed not feel, not to deal

I am not happy, I am not sad, I am
It scares me.

needs a couple of grammatical tweaks, but otherwise, a not-often-seen sketch of unresolved inner struggle.

Candidly introspective, and pleasingly spare.
