In case you get easily panic
That is not good for health
You must learn to be bold
And face this life bravely

Confusion if you easily get
And drive those near crazy
That is not a right attitude
Soon change thatbad habit

Whenever confusion comes
Refuse to do further work
And calmly go to the bed
And close fully your eyes

If the thing has been lost
No need to feel now sorry
Supposing it is not lost
It can be definitely found

In case you are in a hurry
Taking steps just rashly
Change that mentality
As it serves no purpose

By panic when we are led
Results are always negative
We must cultivate patience
And think with tranquility

Man could land on the Moon
Not through computer graphics
But, by using intense training
Sacrificing precious hours

Hurry invariably leads to chaos
And so better to drive it away
When symptoms of worry show
Never panic, tackle patiently

When we create a confusion
Even wise people are fooled
Due to their deep love for us
They fall a prey for anxiety

Inject in your blood hope
Arresting negative feelings
Gradually change your mind
And be a responsible person.
