Of the lot
Imperious whims are the best whims of all. Sanity's escape pleases me? To where does it escape? A new cage, perhaps.

@ Michael
Your most welcome comment made me think of cowardly dragons and how Custard cried for his nice safe cage. I'm in a ... um ... perplexed mood due to imperious whims ... I, as a Canadian subject am in the throes of tax time and all that entails when one bothers to do it themselves .. without computer programs and electronic filing. There have been telephone discussions contemplating the confusing communications from bureaucrats who never think along rational lines and can't be bothered to learn the language of common sense. It's the 2nd time in six years that I've screwed up my paperwork which always seems to be to my disadvantage. Luckily, this time I hadn't sent a cheque because ... I've lost mine and the bank doesn't provide blank ones for their customers any more. ... oh and .. *sigh* never mind. Thanks for being here!
