What is there to relish in heaven
if the vulgarity of relationship haunts
even after retiring from earth?

The loose threads of yearning criss-cross memory
I can still feel the riverís twisted flow
Toward lower reaches, exhausted and strip teased.

The nudity of moon and stars is beyond touch
who cares I evolve or end like them
suspended from a plane I can hardly reach?

transcendental
How cold is this? An idea that there's no escaping heartaches which haunt you beyond your grave.

Bring on reincarnation

Grasp Not Want Not
Why reach for a higher plane...
When it is well within your grasp...?

Obliteration
Ah, it isn't Heaven you seek but Nirvana, the obliteration of self when all attachment is lost. Chilling. You've captured the sort of ennui and nihilism that lead us to seek self-destruction. Closing eyes, falling back . . .
