What is perfect trust?
I think it's believing in someone
When you aren't sure
But not being left out in the cold.
With love and patience,
We can find it.
I love you my love
But do you love me?
Am I nothing to you
Or mountains like you are to me?
I've painted you lovely,
But how do you picture me?
What is perfect trust?
I think it's believing in someone
When you're taking a chance,
But you take it anyway.
Believe in me
And I'll believe in you.

I've painted you lovely
Well, techinically, believing in someone when not sure is more doubt than belief. But that is neither here nor there.

The whole post reads a bit see-sawy. Kind'a reminds me of Gloria Estefan lyrics: Leave me, I don't need you but you can return anytime you want. Or something like that...

Good write but I was a little confused. I do like the line I used as the subject title.
