No one was there to protect
Me from the dangers of the public shown;
Allowing others the freedom to respect
Me more from the unknown.
All of my life, I had only one set of footprints
The type that grazes in the gleaming sun
Unlike the ones that once was present
For a new journey of crazy fun;
Likely to happen in a blinking eye
Of events for things to occur
In a way to say a quick good-bye
To someone that was good to prefer.
As I walk, I see small pictures of my past
Due to the view of much pain
Unable to cover with a mask
Of secrets to remain.
Without anyone caring to ask;
To help prevent someone from losing but gaining
A benefit of conquering this task.
Of these footprints far away from me remaining;
When you was dearly needed
As a friend, to speak life into my destiny
causing to have pleaded
For a reason,something that is not known to be unlike me
for a mercy in arms to be succeeded.
These footprints only filled one shoe size
Telling a revealing story
That no one tried to realize;
At first, to bring soemone else glory
That opened someone else's blinded eyes
From the pain that couldn't be broken.
It is like a rust , chain in prison
As bright as a golden token
might have never possibly risen.
In increased value
Into experiences in offerings & ties
Allowing forgiveness from the skies;
About something happening to you
causing a series of uncovered lies
that you was going through.
