Never waver, instead be firm
Success may take a long-term

Patient waiting is a must
Have upon yourself trust

You believe in your fine capacity
In skill, you suffer no scarcity

You are absolutely now talented
Further talent can be invented

Patiently await your turn
In your mission be stern

Surely a change will occur
The maker will give succor

One day will come success
To establish your prowess

That day is not far off
Bear with those who laugh

In your goal be damn keen
Keep your mind very clean

Hope that you also can achieve
Your guts, let nothing thieve

I'd bet my bottom dollar you know the poem "IF" by Kipling
If ... I'd recommend you take a look at that for some tips. This, for the most part lacks flow and while it oozes sincerity it reads poorly.

Dear respected damifino,

When we toil with grit
Angels come to help us
You are one such Angel
Thank you for your boon.
