On Spetember the sixth I started school,
I did my best to try be cool.
From lesson to lesson I walk and walk,
And generally drop in a little talk.

2 weeks in and I'm doing fine,
But cannot be bothered with the huge lunch line.
And on the way to the tennis pitch,
I misplaced my foot and fell down the ditch.

So when you start brand new school,
Watch where your walking and don't be a fool.

super cool
Oh Naomi .. you made me smile once again! It's such a bother when feet get tangled ... especially in front of all those peers. Made me wince at some of my missed steps that I pretended never happened until I found some sanctuary. Guess what? I lived through the ignominy!

Hi Naomi!
Hi Naomi...years from now you'll look back on school as the best time of your life...oh yes...you will, incredible as it may seem!

Enjoy your youth and live life to the fullest...you're only young once! Grampa must be busting his buttons with pride...keep on writing!
