I am a parasite
Of poetry
Sucking the blood of others

For inspiration
Is a disease
Passing it on to another

But death seeks
The fallen poet
Digging a grave for the afflicted

Be the word of Spirit
In soulful prose
Rising ever above the sickness

sucking off the main
in poetry much like in everything else in life, inspiration is copied and doesnt come straight from the creative main. :)

RE: Sick Diction
An interesting and enjoyable piece; it explains a lot; I must be doing okay, since you keep coming back.
