I can believe
that pain, suffering, and hardships
know no boundaries and play no favorites.

I can believe
that every obstacle is a step
on a profoundly predetermined path
of tolerance, understanding and compassion.

I can believe
that there truly is nothing to fear
except fear itself, and that fear -- not
money -- is the true root of all evil.

I can believe
that there is only one single tangible moment in time-- Now. the choices I make in any moment can change the course of my life forever.

I can believe
that although I appear to be one voice,
I am truly many voices; I am vast.
For I am many trillions of living
sentient beings, who do not answer
to the me I know.

I can believe
that all life is part of one vast and immensely sentient consciousness with full knowledge of all things past, present and future,
and that all life experiences are but pathways back to the center of that consciousness.
