These crying eyes carlessly choose
The color swading a braver of blues
A weight upon your shoulders lifted
Just a little place in life that's shifted
(With the world, times are changing girl)

Go ahead try to hide the truth (I see it in your eyes)
Life is a chance worth takin (what do you have to lose)

You've won the battle, but the war isn't over yet
You're still sleepin in the devil's bed
(Place your bet, lets roll the dice)
And not once, but twice

These crying eyes carlessly choose
The color swading a braver of blues
A weight upon your shoulders lifted
Just a little place in life that's shifted
(With the world, times are changing girl)

How many times must you fall
How many times are you gonna let him make you cry
How many times are you gonna crawl

To me......

Go ahead try to hide the truth (I see it in your eyes)
Life is a chance worth takin (what do you have to lose)

Your heart is a broken mirror
On the outside you try to hide the truth
But I can see right through you
You're cracking at the roots

The truth is that life is a chance worth takin
My love is a bet worth makin
Your surface will hold the truth
So baby love me, love me
What do you have to lose

Go ahead try to hide the truth (I see it in your eyes)
Life is a chance worth takin (what do you have to lose)
