what i mean by wage slaves.....
Wages and salaries will be "income" within the constitutional meaning of the term only when We the People determine this to be so. There two distinct taxation clauses in the United States Constitution, adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, and later ratified by conventions in each U.S. state in the name of "The People":

"The Congress shall have Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts, and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States." Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1. (this enables the government to set an amount which it requires to conduct itself, and to appropriate that amount uniformly between the states for collection. Each state then has the right to set the taxes on particular privaliges, such as imports and exports, or gains resulting in capital investment)

"No Capitation, or other direct Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken....No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State." Article 1, Section 9, Clauses 4 and 5. (this means that future generations cannot add new taxation clauses unless the poeple were making such profit as to morally be obliged to thier country (aka corporate income taxation- IRS), and that exports shall not be taxable)

The Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified on February 3, 1913, before the addition of Alaska and Hawaii to the union, 3/4ths consensus was required to ratify this amendment, thats 36 of the then 48 states. Secretary of State Philander Knox declared the 16th amendment ratified on February 25, 1913, just a few days before leaving office to make way for the administration of Woodrow Wilson. Knox acknowledged that four of the 42 states who had voted (Utah, Conn, R.I. and N.H.) had rejected it, and he counted 38 states as having approved it. Of those who were counted as having ratified this amendment, Tennessee violated their own state constitution by failing to read the resolution on three different days as prescribed by Article II, Section 18. The state constitution of Tennessee also prohibits the state legislature from acting on any proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution sent by Congress until after the next election of state legislators. The intent, of course, is to give the proposed amendment a chance to become an issue in the state elections so that the people can have a voice in determining the outcome. Texas and Louisiana violated provisions in their state constitutions prohibiting the legislatures from empowering the federal government with any additional taxing authority. We are already down to 35 states officially ratifying the 16th amendment. With 36 votes needed, the amendment was fraudulently passed and has continued to be illeaglly interpreted without fair examination by the courts since 1913. California was counted as having ratified the bill, but is recorded as having never sent a response. Twelve other states, besides Tennessee, violated provisions in their constitutions requiring that a bill be read on three different days before voting on it. This is not a trivial requirement. It allows for a cooling off period; it enables members who may be absent one day to be present on another; it allows for a better familiarity with, and understanding of, the CONSTITUTIONAL measure under consideration, since some members may not always read a bill or resolution before voting on it. States violating this procedure were: Mississippi, Ohio, Arkansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, West Virginia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Colorado, and Illinois. The sixteenth amendment to the constitution of the united states of america is as follows:

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." 16th Amendment.

Labour is given for and therefore equal to capital. Labor creates more capital then it is worth, therefore there is no income from labor since you gain nothing, and in fact are giving most of your life at auction to survive. You are given an agreed upon wage in trade for your labor, something you already have, wealth you havent gained but are currently in possession of. you are not making profit, you are not collecting "income" you are giving your time and energy for an agreed amount of hours and in exchange you are given wages. the wages are that time and energy expressed in currency. profit is getting something for nothing. profit is buying a house for 20,000, not remodeling it and then selling it quickly for 60,000, from that you have gained 40,000 dollars, and such profit should be taxed as such profit is income made in our nation, under its laws and government. Wages are not income, they are equally weighed between the employee and the employer, they are capital in its rawest form. the employer, when they take what you produce for a wage, then sell your work, and the money they gain after the cost of your labor wages is income, or capital profit, profit made from capital investment is considered income, not from labor investment, that capital profit is taxable even if it is your labour which was the capital that produced profit for your employer. if you were to start a business, whatever you profit after the cost of maintaining your business, that capital profit is taxable. this is the only time, when you make profit from capital, that citizens are constitutionally required to file income tax. direct taxes, as defined by the constitution, are taxes you can't avoid, if you want to sell liquer, you are directly taxed for the privalige, if you want to own land in this country, you are directly taxed because you choose to own property here, these taxes, along with taxes on imports and exports have for the greater amount of american history (excluding 1791-1811, been the only revenue of our government, this is the third time in our history we have been had by the banks. the income that is to be directly taxed is a gain of capital which is larger then its investment. your labor is your investment, you agree it is worth so much an hour, you are bartering your unliscenced skill for a fair amount of capital equal to your labors value, as determined mutually by you and your employer.

------
"If the America people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currencies, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their prosperity until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." ~Thomas Jefforson

I have futilely preached this information for thirty years - and by the facts you present the Feds are in breach. Every Congressmen and Senator is complicit in fraud. But those with the power will not remove themselves nor will the reveal their involvement in the 'rape' of our life's labor and blood. The 16th amendment could be ratified but not without revealing the out right robbery of the American people. And now with this extraordinary crime of sheering up the illegal and unethical profits of the ubber-rich by reaching further into our wallets is mindbogglingly evil and absurd. The Rebublicrates have taken over our country and selling us on 'Change' while bleeding of the country's resources.
Give another speech, and another, and another,President Obama and tell us again why we should trust you or any of the folks we thought we elected and trusted - then explain why each and every citizen is now responsible for over 40,000 dollars to pay the debt.

Wow, sorry You spun me up my friend. An 'A' indeed!

http://www.thelawthatneverwas.com/cybermerchant/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=15 this is a book, with photocopies of documents presented to the supreme court, original documents collected in person from each state in the union, unrefutable proof that the fraud was made, and that tails did wag (if the tail wags, the dog was on the scent) but it all blew over!!! Yes, we are being raped, no, not everyone in government is aware, those who are are the SHADOW GOVERNMENT. People dont believe in this, God help them. The supreme court said "it isn't important enough to be brought before the court" and also "this trivial matter could divide the nation needlessly". FUCK NWO (even if its just the old order coming outta the shadows)

Another issue is the health care bill and the cap and trade bill. Regardless of what side a person falls on politically, the end result will be more tax revenue for the Feds, more power in the hands of a central government and the stripping of State rights. Poeple don't realize, since we don't teach how our government is put together, that it is the State's responsibility to care for its citizens.
Egad... there is so much!

yup
people dont have a concept of what is happening, the tv and magazines already have the sheep agreeing with the police state, there will be no fight from most! Today, i stepped outside to smoke a cigg, a cop was at the corner of the street, and i looked at him, to which he barked "go back in your house!", indignantly asking him to repeat that, he said it again, everyone in the house saw no problem with this... its scary. He was 4 houses down, i wasn't even in the way, but an order is an order, right sheeple?
