OK, A MAN COMMITS A CRIME. HE IS IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE WAY TO PRISON. HE IS BRAIN DEAD BUT HIS BODY IS STILL IN PERFECT CONDITION. A RICH MAN HAS HIS BRAIN FROZEN WHEN HE DIED AND REQUESTED THAT IT BE PUT INTO A DONOR WHEN HIS FAMILY COULD FIND ONE. THE PRISON GUYS FAMILY AND THE DEAD RICH FAMILY MEET AND AGREE TO PUT THE BRAIN IN THE FELONS BODY AND IT WORKS, SHOULD HE GO TO JAIL STILL OR GO FREE OR IS HE NOW INNOCENT.

DO YOU NEED A BODY TO HAVE CONSCIOUSNESS?

IN THE END THE LAS WILL BE FIRST.

...
Well, the neurological processes that caused the actions are inherient in memories stored in the body as well as the mind, i dunno, what if, memories retained, his new neurological processes re-framed the way he interacted, this begs the question, where does ones soul reside? In the cells combined, the mind, or the heart?
