This poem isn't really anything in perticular, just lines I jotted down as they were coming to me.

Which objects to life give
To grow, to thrive, and to exist,
From me but take away;
Those objects that not die in sleep,
Nor faint in day, nor by a bossom dwell
in infancy,
No love they give but sorrow leech,
And me they waste away;
The sun and moon, on see-saw swing,
Offer curtained hope, of brighter days
And loving nights; but as one sets,
To give the other rise, our hope shows
but shades of love,
A shade of age-of anguish
And of a loss in time-
That to not lose what once was
We must stride on, though it shall never
be again;
Our lives should be but one full day,
For sorrow never fades as joys creeps up
and disappears;
What does not age, ages me,
And that which does not tire, wears my feet
to bone;
If man had eternal life,
As rock, or stream, or cloud,
What would he accomplish?
A single bud yields constantly one flower,
But I shall never live again;
I am a force of habit,
What will my habit bring for me?

potential......other wise, why post it :)
Sometimes randomness yields snippets and morsels- wonderful ideas.... I see the potential indeed.
