OK today I didnt get as much done as I would have liked, but anyways, here is my work for the day...

Dek looked at the watery ceiling…how do I get up there… he asked himself. He walked around the room, looking for a ladder, or something useful. ….. I could stand on the table, but then id just barely reach it…. He called to the snake “a little help” the serpent slithered into the room, “read a book dummy”… no shit… shoulda thought of that….Dek called for a book…”SWIMMING”… all of a sudden a blue book with gold laced pages floated off of the shelf to the right of him and drifted over to the table…. “SWIMMING” read the front cover… dek opened the book, the pages were old and well worn, but still crisp, Dek scanned through the pages…

After flipping through the book, he felt like he had the basics down…to get in the water he had to simply jump up into it… breathing is easy, he simply breathes… let the water become air….. Dek thought that sounded funny, but was willing to give it a try…the book also said that the waters could be dangerous, but casting a shield was easy compared to the things he had done with the crystals…invisibility was dangerous, because if you didn’t see the things behind you and they didn’t see you it would be easy to get accidentally swallowed by a whale or into a fight with a shark….. when you go invisible… the book said… be sure your shield is up…and as a side note… watch for sharks or other predatory fish… the book explained that animals in this sea can speak telepathically, and Dek knew he could engage with any creature he met….with all this in mind, he decided that it was a great time to dive in the waters…. Seeing the snake curled up with a book himself Dek asked “What are you doing?”, “I’m reading a book about casting, I know the theory but haven’t the chance to practice… this book teaches casting to parapalegics..its amazing what you can do with your mind…” funny…. Dek thought…. Its amazing what you could have done with your tail…. The snake seemed to have heard that thought cause he replied…”you try casting with your butt”… wish me luck… dek thought…”Luck” the snake hissed with a grin….Dek jumped up into the water.

It felt weird to jump up and into a pool, but what felt even stranger was the sudden temperature drop….damn… thought dek…..its fukkin cold!!! It took a second for his eyes to adjust to the blurriness of the deep sea. After getting used to the temperature and allowing his eyes to adjust, Dek became amazed and in awe of the vastness of this ocean. All around him it was dark, the waters probably extended to infinity. Looking down, he could see the lights pulsing from the crystal pillars on the wall in the library. The bottom of the waters around him seemed to be flowing gently, rippling over the cavern of books now beneath him. The lights were shimmering on the water beneath, in the same way lights shimmer on the surface of an ocean when a fish looks up, except this light, Dek knew he had created…all around him Dek started to notice creatures of the deep…quickly he cast a shield around himself, it looked like a bubble, but its form was firm, only gently denting in the waves....

"If the America people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currencies, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their prosperity until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." ~Thomas Jefforson
