The logical locust found God in a field

Humankind lost God in a plastic and glass environ
but no serenity in technology
and
no solace in self destruction

The locust knew flying or dying
was in the lap of God
and moved on.

(Author's note: I realise this is a bit of a rehash of "The Logical Locust" I posted a coupla days ago, but wanted opinions on merging the two poems somehow.)

------
In five hundred years time, most of us will be forgotten dust. But Hitler will still be remembered, God loves irony.
