I just wanted to give you guys a reminder that on the first of July, our newsletter will be online at the following link:

majestic.lit.org/wordpress

It is our new format, and enables us to archive each article permanently.

I'll post another reminder on the first when all the articles are posted.

And be sure to remind the kids that the link can be found on the right side of Litdotorg's front page, under "Respond." Or even here!

Can you tell that I, too, am eager for it to appear? Mondo props to you, OchaniLele, for everything you've done to create this awesome new format!

I DID mean August. What is wrong with me these days?

I've been working on the newsletter all morning. I love this new format. It's still a lot of work, but I only work on it ONE day a month, as opposed to an entire week.

I'm a genius when I need to be!

PS:
To make things even better, I'm looking for EDITORS for each major category of litdotorg. Someone who will focus primarily on his or her chosen genre, work with the writers who post on our page, and select one piece each month for inclusion in Majestic.

I HOPE everyone reads my "From the Editor's Desk." We're doing something HUGE in 2010.

We're venturing into magazine publishing. Litdotorg is starting up a literary magazine!

If you want more details (and details ARE scant right now -- I'm in the planning stages) read Majestic.

This is something Chrispian had wanted years ago, but it never seemed to get off the ground. It's taking a lot of work, but I'm going to make it happen.
