journey necklace-lost
return lest you take a road
not meant for your life

my journey
may not be the one
you would choose

finders keepers-weep
detour-no exit-keep out
do not travel there

My journey necklace
Hey Lena,
Thanks , I got this idea in my head , and you know how weird I am... the journey necklace takes on the life of the person who owns it...good and bad...Any person finding it and wearing it takes that other persons life upon you know , I went through hell with that autoimmune disease that was killing my blood last year. The last thing they did was remove a lymph node from my neck, which by the way showed up negative for Lymphoma, damaged some nerves in my neck making it numb, sometimes it travels up my left cheek, feeling like bugs are biting me. I'm left sctatching my face.

That journey necklace wouldn't stay around my neck..I would lose it around the house...I'm gonna trust the Lord to take me on the right path of my journey from now on...But I do like writing about Tales From The Darkside...

@ nitz ktty
I'm glad that you're better; and, it's awful news that you suffered surgical complications. I feel bad for you. I'll light a candle and pray that you have a healing in your life.

As for your haiku: Fabulous. Writing is very therapeutic. I'm not a poet, but I'm a hard-core journalist, and I swear the only way I stay sane sometimes is by writing my woes and griefs in an encrypted, password protected file.

Someday, long after this body is dust, if someone breaks those passwords, they're going to get an eyeful. I pity the man who has to read it . . .

Thank you for your kind words...I will have to learn to live with the numb neck...It can drive you nuts if you let it...I will not...I'm already nuts...hehe...I am not your usual poet- I guess you could call what I do rambling-sometimes entertaining -sometimes a warning- I let people take it as they will-I know how you feel about writing, sometimes I feel like I will bust if I don't write my thoughts down, if only for me to read-I often ask myself,"Did I write that?" and "Where did that come from?" Something is in all writers crying to get out..I love Lit...Kacee

Thank you Jeannie,
God has again pulled me out of the clutches of death...He is an Amazing God and He does take care of His own. My journey was a tough one at times but God always comes through...

American King James Version
But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.

It was good hearing from you again...God Bless
