Night of Gunfire

Caught in limbo...
Fidgeting my brow.
Lips gasped for solace.
A gunfire leapt through my spine.
A door banged!
My doze, my bed clinked.
Toiled to tear myself from doze.
The gunfire gushed from pillows.

The gunfire loomed heavier.
Hand awoke my unconsciousness.
In a flash, i was a woman.
No place like hiding-place.
I had a gale of breath
A breath for million times.
Only daybreak rescued my timidity.
