I値l slit your throat for twenty bucks,
help across the street no fee.
A selfish, now, then giving soul,
I値l give your life for me.

I値l help you move and keep the good stuff,
stuff your wife with stiffness.
She値l move the dishes, pots and pans,
I値l move her as I wishes.

soos of experienced moves
soos-
Reminded me of something one of our countless generals once said, in 1944 or so:

"Let those poor Jap bastards die for their country."

Also made me think..I'll put me out of your misery..

Your piece also induced a smile.

Ciao,

Move it, move it
"I値l give your life for me" Truer words never spoken for the vast majority-

As always, you have such an unusual take on things.

Personally, I think HE should help move the pots and pans- but I am female.... he should be moving them to make room for me ;)

I like to think 'I move HIM as I wishes', too.

Wanted to comment on the thread (I think) "Obamarama", but it got way too ugly, and seemed to have little to do with your original thought, so I took a pass there.

"Obama-drama", we'll see. My dog would make a better president than Bush. Oh- that sounds like a slur to my beloved canine.

Anyway, didn't want to jump into that fray.

Whoopie Goldberg said something the other day that I thought was quite poignent (sp?)- She said, "Finally I feel like I can put my suit-
case down." What a wonderful thought, and I say, about frickin time!

I'm white, single mother... I have a claim to the 'minority' thing, I think.

I have known prejudice from Southern baptists, and (much more)from New Englanders who would automatically catoragize people from their last name -
(O'Herlihy, must be Irish catholic [and drink a lot], Feinstein- typical Jew [cheap, and rich], Venezzia- obviously Italian. [If not mob connections, at very least a great cook]).

Southerners can be prejudiced as well. Fuck everyone. Prejudice lives anywhere we allow it.
Wouldn't it be nice if we all just tried being human? Black, white, jew, catholic, protestant?
I found much more "catorigazation" in the north-
the south has a more even ratio, and therefore a more tolerant attitude- just my observation-

I voted for Obama. Sarah was my deciding factor-

I really like the way Ba-rock seems to think before responding. Might have been a better world (sorry, WOULD have been)if "W" did the same.

As an American, and a true optimist, I have hope again, which has been sorely lacking in the last 7+ years.
Might have felt the same way about McCain if he weren't talked into having a woman for a running mate, simply for having a woman.

I'm sick to death of all the politics we have had to endure. If you have 1/2 a brain, you know it is a machine that cultivates, GRABS to itself those who don't know how to think.

People are generally stupid and the rich guy wins-
(Obama did have a lot of bucks behind him.)

I like the way he has kept to the high road. Here in VA, a swing state, we saw more political ads than anyone should have to endure- Obama kept to his agenda, McCain put on a bash of OHB.

Time will tell if he is in earnest or not, but Martin Luther King's dream sure was beauty.
I'm proud and happy for my siblings of color.

-I'd be even happeir if all would stop the skin-color, reliousity self rightousness

We made a start in the '60's. Maybe we are at a new stepping stone? One can only hope.

My house will be foreclosed on in a few months- Will you help me move? ;)

Best to you Dr-
Elizabeth

OK, got good news..Living and Dead...
Good news for the living....While you were burying selfish souls and moving corpses around I finally just got the pic of my sponsored teen girl Tibetan refugee orphaned, she shares my own Tibetan name, I picked her out of many based on that, no pic, just names, long long list...no other charity helps these kids, no other... just minimal biography, motherless child, she made my day to see her face, and to know she is well cared for. It is politically incorrect to help Tibet Refugees or The Dalai Lama's refugee programs for the young and old, because the USA owes it butt in debt to China...and those left behind, are imprisoned for having relatives that made it out. So Christian Children's fund and all the others not a one has Tibet refugees or those in that part of Dharamsala, India on their list of kids or teens or old folks to sponsor. very sad... Bad news for the dying.

Next...

Well, fascinating poem. I wondered what inspired this...creepy, I just hope she isn't really sitting in your fridge, chillin--just kidding;-)

All love,
Lena

So touching
I'm . . . I'm moved to tears, Soos. What a lovely poem.

;)

Okay no, but hilarious! The selflessness, most of all, is inspiring.

moving and shaking
maybe it's that Cheshire cat smile at the top left hand corner, grinning down on me, but this poem reads glibly, gleefully selfish, almost impish at least mister slit-yer-throat doesn稚 hide behind a desk and suite. at least he痴 honest about it

and he does so with a smile such service ;) loved this.

CHAPTER 1: A Moving Experience!
"A Jaggeresque swagger and moxie to match" might read an astute review, which this isn't but aims to express my attitude, approaching in an 'under my thumb' assumption of control.

movin' on?'
WHILST I was burying selfish souls and moving corpses around (BROWN asks no questions so long as it doesn't smell spoiled. Dry Ice is nice. Tip well.)

Send it to their family for extra impact (label it 'Obama Omaha Steak' for additional irony.

dagger- moderator?
I've learned that when writing stoned it's best to wait and edit straight before posting.

Seriously, best wishes and my prayers to your brother and others serving our country concientiously.

Dagger: re unfair assumptions etc.
The "don't post while stoned or drunk, just write it and save it for a clear morning for editing and posting" policy serves me well when I employ it. When the presses are hot and I am not I may post directly. I've often regretted doing so. Unsaying is awkward and mostly impossible.

I should not project my problems upon you.

I respect your objecting to my having done so.

I should not post writings while i'm upset, inebrieated, and/or stoned. I'm pretty much down to the first thing.

I'm concerned about your going "all capital".

Sincerely,
Steve/drsoos
