Alcoholic amoebae
ride the backs of crackcilli
in a psychedelic sea of colors
creating children with short circuited brains

Humanity inquires
Dr.Who will care for the babies
as the Daleks cry out
EX-TER-MI-NATE!
EX-TER-MI-NATE!

Kacee...gee wee!
This "tripped me out" as they would say in the old days back in the 70s. Man, trippy! I think I get the message, again, to me anyway through my subjective interpretation, it is very dadaesque in it's presentation. I think it's great. Great creativity and out of the box writing. Good job, Kacee. Thought provoking surrealist chaos, made me read it over several times, various takes and possibilities, which to me is always original in feel and that is awesome.

Blessings!

Muddy Gene Pool
My choice for this poem is dadaesque...
Like to make up my own creepy crawly critters that dirty up the gene pools...Like a generational curse that hits and misses in families...can be caused by anything that does not belong in our bodies...Just like the cream filled Twinkies I love to stuff in my mouth and down with a glass of hormone filled milk...Does anyone know how to pronounce the stuff the filling is made of...Drugs and Alcohol are in the mess too...

I just love Dr.Who ( the BBC sci fi alien who travels around in a time machine call box) Had to add the Daleks (his arch enemies who slide around shouting EX-TER-MI-NATE) Which I feel is what we are doing (knowingly or not) to our children...

Thank you Lena for reading my poem ...I love your comments...Kacee

DadaDalek
What an assonance! Psychedelic sea sails on the siezure. How do those drunk amoebs hang on? Are you sure they're short circuited? Maybe they're just re-tardis.

Poeteye
This poem was written about my Autistic grandson's mother...an Alcoholic, Crackhead...I just threw a bit of LSD into the mix...I believe drugs and alcohol have a lot to do with producing Autistic children..I know of three families (where drugs and alcolhol play a part) (each has one Autistic child...All boys) The girls are ok...This is only my opinion and I am entitled to it...You may disagree with me ...that is your right..

As for the EX-TER-MIN-ATE two times ...I feel there are two ways that people are contributing to the annihilation of the human race...Mucking up the gene pools and abortion...

I know there are other ways but that is not what I'm writing about...I write as my muse leads me...Kacee

oops, excuse me.
I didn't realize there was more to this than met the page. I was being flip and that always gets me in trouble (one would think I'd learn).
My own theory on autism is that it results (in part) from the manner in which children receive innoculations today. However, there are many other factors such as environmental pollution that contribute to the problem. Parental drug use? Possibly, I suppose.
I took it originally as a comment on the type of people who watch Dr. Who, but since that includes yourself, I guess I was wrong. Is my Face of Bo red!
