I knew this Angel who was beautiful to eyes
Until she disappeared without a trace
As she left her children standing in place
In place of an empty world of bitterness and confusion
In place of a man who didn't know what to do
In place of their own forsaken hearts
For why this happened, these children had no clue

Difficult times soon began to vanquish the lives of this man and Angel
For the man of the chidren became troubled and bitter
To him taking care of children was harder than being a fool
To her life didn't matter one way or the other
Only because the life of this Angel was as worthless as her cildren's
That in which she only knew

The beautiful Angel of a demented life coinciding to the heartfelt decision with a man of manic-depression
To leave their children behind without any true reason
Just to escape to their own separate worlds
The world of debauchery, the world of drunkness
A world in turn, where they became alone

For why she was called Angel, I will never know
When in reality she was only a woman in disguise who left her children without a clue
But for that does not matter
Because I as the child
Had a life of warmth and love
Which I believe was sent to me from God above.
