Hi C:
I was very spaced out today and this has been going off and on since April starting with the Prednisone and especially after the second Humira shot five days ago. This is why I want to get off this toxic stuff eventually. Besides the symptoms we discussed today. There has also been insomnia and weird emotional stuff.
I had to call my old psychotherapist in San Diego. It seems the illness and the drugs are stimulating old emotional memories. I think this illness is not just a body disease. It's a mindbody disease.
Thank you for having faith in my intuition. We can always go back to western drugs if the PSA returns. I think Dr.N would also agree with this. I will find out for sure when I see him next Monday.
I see the Prednisone and Humira as short-term damage control vehicles only.
I feel Ann in Stanford is onto something important the way she cured herself from Rhuematoid arthritis with just the supplements I showed you. She has sent me many links about lab tests regarding these supplements. They have big anti-inflammatory properties. But I respect empirical data. There is too much holistic stuff out there which lacks scientific verification. But a DIFFERENT mindset is also needed to fully appreciate an integrated view of mindbody illnesses and the healing practices that go with this outlook.
I think western doctors should investigate these supplements in controlled lab conditions. I also feel the subtle body of ill patients has to be explored in tests. EFT is a western form of acupuncture that you use by tapping with the fingers on certain meridians. No needles...

I have to do EFT multiple times a day now to stay centered. These meridians have subtle electric properties. Compared to eastern mind/body energy maps. EFT is incredibly crude, but I feel its a necessary western portal to this kind of healing. Many western MDs and psychotherapists are amazed by EFT.
More verification is needed.
I worked with an Aryuvedic doctor named Dr.Lad and again one needs a holistic outlook to understand the ROOTS of disease. America is a high-stress society. Drugs are not the full answer.

Tibetan medicine has integrated Indian and Chinese holistic practices and it is an even hairier healing system. Some Tibetan doctors I met told me specific diseases like cancer and AIDS are related to malignant kinds of spirits. So holistic treatment is not enough. Exorcism is important. I understand fully well that most western doctors and western holistic practitioners would recoil from this radical view, but personally I think there is something to this.

I walked three miles on Saturday in Marin to see a Tibetan lama. There was no public transportation. Marin is rural and rich. People have cars. But the blessings I got from Luppon Rinpoche were worth it. I slept very well after seeing him.
Again, thanks for your help during these trying times.
Michael
PS:
I did not mean to talk so personally about my grandfather. I realize he is a killer as well as a healer. but in the third world this kind of weird mentality seems to be common. Besides living in Mexico, I lived in the Middle East for six years and many terrorist leaders are also MDs!
The second in command to Osama Bin Laden is an Egyptian doctor. The President of Syria is a doctor. One of the main leaders of Hamas is a doctor. The ex-president of Communist Afghanistan was a doctor and he was also head of the secret police. The ex-foreign minister of Iran was a pediatrician. All these people have blood on their hands.
Sometimes I feel my mom died because of the karmic sins of my grand-dad. This is just speculation on my part. My grand-dad was a great man....despite the bad stuff...he escaped multiple assassination attempts, but he was also a patriot. Not corrupt. He just felt he had to do what was needed to save the ideals of the Mexican revolution. He cared little for material things.
