Whats an ipod daddy?

Don't know son go ask grandpa.

Orange skies covering future humans with
eyesockets at last big enough for the life
that lies behind them...

Whats a cluster bomb mommy?

Dont know son go ask grandma.

We may not have any elephants and that would
be a shame painful and valuable to bear...

Maybe Ganesh will transform into an eight armed dog...We will certainly still have dogs...

I do hear birds singing on Mars now...

I do hear life laughing and breathing...

I do hear a future...

Yes We Can...

Yes We Can...

Yes We Can...

OBAMA! YES WE CAN!
Interesting abstract surrealistic gaga really well put together. As to YES WE CAN! I hope so. I am praying, meditating, and visualizing a better future for America and it's future. I hope Obama is the man to bring about that real change. Out with the old status quo of liars and greedy corporate thieves and in with something real, no more gaga dada baba bullshit!

Since I have been back in contact with my lama I have vowed and promised to make it a point to laugh everyday...life is so full of it, you can't help but laugh, and politics especially, full of comedy, just wish there wasn't all the suffering that comes with that laughter at the expensense of those who have nothing to laugh about....compassion, compassion....I am working on it.

Blessing to you friend, thanks for sharing your unique mind with us all. I for one appreciate the different and the real. Status quo is for squids and stepford bobs.

"laughing and breathing."
loved the Ganesh line, most of all. nice to read something future-full for a change. so much I pour in through my ear is retrobsessive lately, focussed on the past...

here's hoping. that the world gets brighter, and that we all always have dogs...

here's to ethical hedonism... bless ye.

birds singing on Mars
Hey Chile man!

You must have a third eye - and I don't mean the brown one - because you look beyond the mundane and separate what's left into important and very important.

Of course, you seem to enjoy revelling in the mundane for the same reasons you loathe acknowledging them.

My two cents.

When do we leave for Chile? And we should ask Shannon to join us...

DES N CHILE...
Ahhh I wish it could be that kind of trip...I am goin with a group from YMCA international...My friend works for them and asked me to fill in as a group leader since so many people have been backing out...so me and a chica will be in charge of about 10-15 teenagers and well be staying at Valparaiso and Vina del Mar with host families and at the YMCA facility in Vina Del Mar...not much freedom to roam in this trip..but it is a free trip to Chile...You and Shannon could show up and accidentally bump into me...

road trip
You and the Young Men's Christian Association? Didn't see that coming...

Are you one of those Alec Baldwin type characters looking for a foreign version of Canteen Boy?

Ya know, what happens in Chile stays in Chile...unless you need meds for whatever you contract from pushing alpacas up the hill...if you know what I mean.

When do you leave?

YMCA
I stayed at the YMCA in Calgary before the “Day's of Village People”… But as an Army Guy on a few days break from training in BATUS (near Medicine Hat) I felt uncomfortable… If anyone had found I had more or less sneaked into a cheapie establishment of “Real Men”… noting of course back then you could get kicked out of the British Army for such a trivial matter as dropping a bar of soap in the shower…

However it was cheap and clean if a little strange … The over friendliness of men.. Keeping their body’s “tuned” in the gym below.. fitter than the average squadie, who would often avoid me in case I picked them up for having too long sideburns or dirty boots…or maybe a job hadn’t been completed properly somewhere… However I don’t swing that way… but the accommodation was value for money.

I moved on down to Little Falls in Montana and thought YMCA again.. why not, however there was only a YWCA and no amount of begging would persuade them to put me up.. even for one night…. Sexist

I booked into a cheap Indian run Hotel… By God was it cheap and seedy ..There was a Rock Concert on Downtown so I dropped off my backpack and went out to it…

Bumped into a friendly group of technical College students at the concert, they introduced me into the joys of weed in return I introduced them to the joys of the good old British Pub Crawl..Thought it was little strange with so many pubs having swing doors and clients wearing cowboy boots and Stetsons…

I landed up back at the hotel three days later just to pick up my backpack, one of the groups young ladies (a nurse) had a few days off and decided to look after me and show me round the town… I had saw and experienced all the sights sounds and smells… including an American Drive in Cinema… backseat affair.

The next YWCA I would stumble across would be the one on Kowloon Side Hong Kong… not that I needed accommodating as such since I lived a mile or so up the road from it… Ahh Red Lips and Bottoms Up..Ned Kelly’s Last Stand… HK was my favourite back then.

YMCA’s…. I say go for it nothing like slumming it for a few days… I think they have lost sight of God In the UK it’s more Youth Hostels nowadays… Not sure about Ireland… “hope she has recovered by now”
