I heard your ghastly whisper,
Amidst my painful whimper.
You forgot to tell her you love her,
Before your disappearing departure.
As if it couldn't matter,
You bore her a hearty tatter.
Furnished in a tragic shatter,
Fit for the princess tower.
Even your newly hired painter,
Couldn't paint her the perfect picture.
You should have stayed to be her photographer,
Lay yourself beside the fairy-lover,
Grant her your magnifier,
You'll see her heart's worth a longer linger.
