HOO - RAY for you PRINCE Gal-lent.
Fighter of you nation.
Your comrades love you.
High - like the snow upon a mountain.
Yet, you melted.
To become a living river.
So they thought Franklin crazy.
Flying a kite in the rain.
WAR- makes one mature-insane.
America-our hats tip to you.
Nobility today fight few.
Our American RED carpet open to you.
Here many your comrades BROTHERS true.
Viet Nam was my hell.
Merchants sold plastic models-NOT FEW.
BUT GOD will see us through.

Fragments of truth
I think as a short poem it kind of makes some big leaps that don't really fit. I would say if you keep it short then focus on the Prince Harry title -- explore those thoughts more.

Or, option B is to expand it and draw out the more abstract ideas -- add more detail in place. I really like the lines
... Yet, you melted.//To become a living river.

It gets kind of abstract there, but abstract can be good thing too.

frag. of truth; reply
I just tried to eulogies your Prince. In today's world royalty and well placed sons don't go to war anymore. It was a well positioned family's honor to have a warrior at the table. As in our Viet Nam collage and deferments were corner store favorites. The poor fought and the rich got richer

Run Away

And of course some are still living in Canada...

Of course back in History those with enough money had their own Army.

Harry Harry thank God
You didnt stay
Just a high liability
for which our
Good troops would pay
now you are gone
They can do it their way...
