In the wilderness of thought
I linger still
In formless deliquescence

As an entity
Nothing more and nothing less

Above me
An ever-burning midday sun
Casts no visible light to guide me
Or to even prove its own existence

There is no temperature
But I still feelcold

Slowly I am absorbed and abstracted
By this airless expanse
Where cyclopean philosophies
For so long have littered
These vast, eroding mindscapes

Amidst these ancient and mysterious
Cerebral-stone structures
I stake out a nomads existence

As an entity
Nothing more and nothing less

I explore in depth their
Monolithic catacombs
But in these vacant structures
I am a stranger

I lose myself in tombs of dementia
For thousands of years
Sifting and sorting through
Forgotten bones and
Archaic curiosa

I tally my days in the stone
Like a prisoner
Of myself

I suffer often temporal dematerialization
And re-materialization uncontrolled
I am becoming a worm now
And burying myself
Ever deeper
Forever deeper

When I strike the core
The earth will collapse in on itself
When I strike center
The psychosphere will be renewed

Trust me
Because I promise you
Because I promise you

"formless deliquescence"
you had me from there, frankly... popped in briefly, was going to limit myself to three posts, saw this one from you and made it four...

you've got "intrepid" here by the ton. always love your renditions of vastness... delve on, delve deeper, brave psychonaut. very nice to read you again. take care.
